Pedal and Paddle

Maximum fun in one action-packed day! Spend the morning biking alongside the Rio Grande Gorge on the spectacular West Rim Trail. Approximately ten miles of reasonably flat terrain (we're at 7000 feet of elevation here, so you'll be glad it's not steep!) with incredible 360-degree vistas, clear mountain air and the heady scent of sagebrush. A short van ride takes you down to river level, where you'll enjoy a hearty deli-style lunch buffet before embarking on the excitement of the Racecourse with its many Class 3 rapids (Class 4 in high water). It's an incredible, memorable way to spend a summer day.

No experience necessary for either biking or rafting. Your guides will teach you all you need to know.
